I’m in beta. Early days — I’d rather say so than pretend otherwise. Tell me what’s missing.
Hi, I'm Camigo

I'll answer your customers while you get on with the work.

Pick a trade and watch me answer:

An example conversation, not a real customer.

Right — what do you actually do?

The bits you keep meaning to get to.

Same things you'd hand a good new starter, except I'll still be doing them at two in the morning.

1

Answer everyone

Every DM, message and email. Nobody waits, nobody gets forgotten, nobody gives up and buys elsewhere.

2

Sound like you

I learn your prices, hours, policies and the way you talk. Your customers shouldn't be able to tell where you stop and I start.

3

Come and get you

Complaints, anything odd, anyone who asks for a human. I don't guess and I don't wing it.

4

Pick up the phone

When you're with a customer and it rings out, I'll take it, deal with it, and leave you a note.

5

Ask for the good reviews

When someone leaves happy I'll ask nicely. When they're unhappy, I'll tell you before they tell the internet.

6

Keep you in the loop

Everything I've said is there to read, and you can take over any conversation with one tap.

Four apps, one place to look.

WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and email all land here. Green means I dealt with it. Amber means I've stopped and I'm waiting for you.

An example inbox. Not real customers.

Do you know anything about my line of work?

Tell me your trade and I'll start knowing the answers.

No training weekend. I begin with the questions your kind of business gets forty times a week, then learn the rest from you — starting with your own website.

Same me on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and email — all landing in one inbox for you.

And your customer never sees me. They're in WhatsApp, talking to you, in your normal thread. There's no widget, no "powered by", no sign anything's changed.

Can I see that on my own business, not a made-up one?

Paste your website. I'll read it and start answering.

Not a video, not a scripted tour — your actual website, read in about twenty seconds, and then you ask me the things your customers ask you.

1
Give me your web address I read the pages that are already public. Nothing to install, no account, no email.
2
I tell you what I found Your hours, your prices, where you are — and I show you each one, so you can see I'm not making it up.
3
You try to catch me out Ask what you'd ask. Where I don't know, I'll say so rather than guess — that's the bit worth testing.
Try it on your website →

Free, no sign-up. I only read pages anyone could already visit.

How much setting up is there, really?

There's nothing to build.

Most of the tools you'll look at hand you a canvas. You drag a trigger onto it, wire it to a condition, wire that to an action, and keep going until you've drawn what you wanted the software to already know.

What they mean by "automation"

One of the bigger ones gives you twelve kinds of trigger, six kinds of node and about thirty actions, and their AI only runs if you've wired it in yourself. Their own customers write reviews saying it takes a month of gradual training to get right — on a seven-day trial.

What I mean by it

You tell me about your business. I answer. If I'm not sure, I stop and come and get you. There is no canvas, because there's nothing for you to draw.

The only switch is taking a conversation off me, and that's one button on the conversation itself.

No triggers. No nodes. No conditions.

Left: what a flow builder asks of you. Right: the whole of my setup.

Can I actually hear you before I commit?

Rather just ask a person?

Fair enough. I’m learning to answer the phone and I’m not there yet, so email gets you a human today — usually the person building me.

hello@camigo.ai

Ask me anything — a real person reads these while I’m learning to answer the phone.

"Where's my order?" "Do you do returns?" "Are you open Sunday?"

I can’t answer a phone yet — I’m learning. Email gets you a person today.

Fine. What do you cost?

Less than the hours you're losing.

You're not really choosing between me and another bit of software. You're choosing between me and nobody — or me and a part-timer.

One part-time person

  • · Holiday, sick pay, pension
  • · Training, then re-training

Me

£25

a month, all in

  • 168 hours a week
  • No holiday, no sick days
  • Trained in twenty minutes
  • Still there at 11pm on a Sunday

I'm not here to replace anyone. I'm here to do the forty identical questions a day, so the people you do have can look after the customers in front of them.

And against the other software?

They charge for answering. I don’t.

One business, two staff, a thousand conversations a month, AI actually doing the answering. Their published prices.

Per seat, per message, or every single time their AI answers a question. I don’t do any of that — the same price in a dead February as a mad December. Figures are each company’s own published pricing, August 2026, for one business with two staff and roughly a thousand conversations a month.

Three worth reading the small print on. Superchat’s AI agent starts on their €149 plan, prices are quoted net of VAT, and there’s a twelve-month minimum contract — extra staff are €10 each, another AI agent is €49, analytics another €29. SleekFlow bills a British business in dollars — their own UK pricing page is in USD — from $199 a month, plus $15 for each WhatsApp number, capped at three staff and 500 contacts a month before it costs more. Reonic doesn’t publish a price at all; you book a demo and find out. I’d rather you knew before you spoke to anyone.

What can't you do?

The bits I'm no good at.

Every other tool leads with everything it can do. Here's the other half, because you'd find out eventually.

I won't pretend to be humanYour customers can see it's me. Being found out would cost you more than I'm worth.
I won't guessIf I don't know, I say so and come and get you. I'd rather look daft than tell someone something wrong.
I won't touch your moneyRefunds, discounts, goodwill — I'll set them up, you press the button. Always.
I won't message people out of the blueI answer. I don't go hunting. Nothing goes out unless you've asked for it.

And here's exactly when I stop and come and get you.

Not a setting you have to find. These are always on, and no customer can talk me out of them.

Anything about money — refunds, charges, a bill that looks wrong Someone who sounds upset, or is making a complaint Anyone who mentions a solicitor, a chargeback, or trading standards Anyone who just asks for a person Anything I haven't been told the answer to Anything on the list of things you've told me never to say

Here's one of them firing

She asked for a refund. That's the money trigger, so I stop — I don't discuss it, I don't promise anything, and I hand you the whole conversation rather than a summary.

You get told the moment it happens, not on Monday.

An example of a handover. This one fired on "refund".

Where do my customers' messages actually go?

Somewhere you'd be comfortable explaining.

You're handing me your customers' conversations. That deserves a straight answer rather than a badge.

A UK companyCamigo Ltd, registered in England & Wales, 17397233. Not a brand name on somebody else's platform.
Nothing I see trains anybody's modelNot mine, not the model-maker's. Your customers' messages are used to answer your customers, and that's all.
UK GDPR, and I'm the processorYour customers' data stays yours. I handle it on your instructions, and there's a data processing agreement that says so.
You can take it all backExport everything, or tell me to delete it. No retention clause, no hostage-taking, no thirty-day wait.

ICO registration is in progress and the number goes here the day it lands. My WhatsApp provider application is with Meta — I'll say so plainly when it's approved, and not before.

Alright. How do I take you on?

Anything else I should know?

Things people ask me.

Do I need to be any good with computers?

No. The fiddly part — getting me connected to WhatsApp through Meta — we do for you. Everyone else makes you do that yourself and it's where most people give up. You tell me about your business, I'll do the rest. Most people have me working the same afternoon.

Will you actually sound like us?

That's the bit I care most about. You set the tone, I learn your prices, hours, policies and the little things that make your place yours. If I don't sound right by the end of the trial, don't pay me.

What sort of business are you for?

Any small one where people message you expecting an answer. Shops and online brands, cafés and restaurants, salons and studios, gyms, trades, agencies, clinics. If your customers DM you, I can answer them.

What if you get something wrong?

You'll see every conversation I've had, and you can take over any of them with one tap. I'm built to come and get you rather than guess — but if I do get something wrong, tell me once and I won't do it again.

What happens if I get busier?

I'll ring you. I won't quietly bill you for going over and I won't stop answering your customers — that would rather defeat the point of me.

What about WhatsApp's own charges?

Meta charges a small fee per conversation that every provider passes on. I pass it through at cost, on its own line, with nothing added. Some of the others put 20% on top.

So — shall we give it a go?

Seven days free, no card. Build me, test me, and only put me in front of your customers when you’re happy.
