I’m in beta. Early days — I’d rather say so than pretend otherwise. Tell me what’s missing.

For Instagram businesses

Your DMs are your shopfront.
I’ll man them.

Story replies, comment DMs, “is this still available?” at half eleven at night. I answer all of it — instantly, in your voice — and hand you anything that needs you.

✓ Works on your existing account✓ No website needed✓ Live this afternoon

You didn’t start a brand to answer the same question ninety times.

Forty unread DMs, and most of them say “how much?”

A story goes up. Twenty replies. You’re asleep.

Someone asks if it’s still available. You answer next morning. They’ve bought elsewhere.

Your best sales conversations are buried under “price?”

On Instagram the DM is the checkout. Every hour a message sits unread is a sale cooling off — and unlike a website, there’s no basket to recover it from.

Here’s me, in your DMs.

Your customer sees your account, your name, your tone. No widget, no “powered by”, no sign anything’s changed. As far as they know, you’re just very quick.

What I pick up

  • Direct messages
  • Story replies
  • Comments that turn into DMs
  • Messages while you’re asleep

And the same me on WhatsApp, Facebook and email, all in one inbox — so you stop hopping between four apps to find one conversation.

Story replies, comment DMs, the lot.

A story goes up at nine and twenty people reply to it. That’s not a support ticket queue — it’s twenty people half-deciding to buy something, and every hour one waits is an hour it cools off.

I answer the reply, not a menu

The story that prompted it comes through with the message, so “how much is that one?” has an antecedent. A comment-to-DM tool sends a template; I answer the question.

And if they ask something I’ve not been told, I say so and fetch you — rather than guessing at a price and losing you the sale twice.

how much is the linen one?
That one's £68 — and there's one left in a medium. Want me to hold it for 24 hours?
yes please!!

An example of a story reply. This is where most Instagram messages start.

I already know what gets asked on Instagram.

These are loaded before you tell me anything. You top me up with your prices, your postage and your drop dates.

Is this still available? How much is it?Do you ship to Ireland?Got it in a medium? When's the next drop? Can I see it in another colour?Do you do custom orders?Where's my order?
  • What’s in stock, and in which size
  • Prices, and what postage costs
  • Where you ship, and how long it takes
  • Returns — how, and how long they’ve got
  • When the next drop lands
  • Custom orders, and what you will and won’t take on

I’m not a marketing bot.

There’s a whole category of Instagram tools built to blast people. That’s not this.

If you want to fire promos at everyone who commented “link”, use one of those. If you want the person asking whether it comes in a medium to get a proper answer at midnight, that’s me.

Per seat, per message, or every single time their AI answers a question. I don’t do any of that — the same price in a dead February as a mad December. Figures are each company’s own published pricing, August 2026, for one business with two staff and roughly a thousand conversations a month.

Three worth reading the small print on. Superchat’s AI agent starts on their €149 plan, prices are quoted net of VAT, and there’s a twelve-month minimum contract — extra staff are €10 each, another AI agent is €49, analytics another €29. SleekFlow bills a British business in dollars — their own UK pricing page is in USD — from $199 a month, plus $15 for each WhatsApp number, capped at three staff and 500 contacts a month before it costs more. Reonic doesn’t publish a price at all; you book a demo and find out. I’d rather you knew before you spoke to anyone.
