How it works
Three things, then I'm working.
Most people have me answering the same afternoon.
1. Connect your channels — I'll do the fiddly bit.
WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and email. The awkward part is getting WhatsApp approved through Meta, and we do that for you. Every other tool hands you a Meta Business Manager login and wishes you luck — one of them even insists you have a public website first. That's where most people give up, so we took it off your plate.
You keep the same number and the same accounts your customers already use. Nothing changes for them.
The WhatsApp approval through Meta is the awkward one. That's the part we do, not you.

2. Tell me what you're allowed to say.
Your hours, your prices, your policies, the things that make your place yours. Paste it in, upload a menu or a price list, or point me at your website and I'll read it.
Then you go through what I found and tick what's right. Nothing reaches a customer until you've approved it — that's the whole safety model, and it's one screen.

3. Watch me work.
Every conversation I've had, across all four channels, in one place. Green means I dealt with it. Amber means I've stopped and I'm waiting for you.

Take over whenever you like
One tap and I step back in that thread until you hand it back. I don't argue and I don't carry on underneath you.
Correct me once and I won't make the same mistake again.
An example. Taking over stops Camigo in that thread until you hand it back.
What I did, and what I couldn't.
One summary a week. The useful half isn't what I answered — it's the questions I didn't have an answer for, because those are the ones costing you customers quietly.
